Life is busy and we often don’t get a great deal of time to pay attention to our health, our mental health or unwinding.


Which is why I do what I do! I love to give people the chance to move in order to feel great. To look after their physical health and their mental health.


My 1:1 training sessions are designed to meet your individual needs. No matter your goal, no matter your starting point we can build a program that suits your needs! I use a combination of pilates, strength and conditioning to create super personalised sessions that you will love coming to!


I offer 1/2 hour, 45 minute and 1 hour time slots in the studio or outdoors depending what you would prefer.
