T’s C’s and Policies

At Belle Movement, we hope to enable as many clients as possible to get the most out of their class pass and memberships. In the time that the studio has opened the speed at which people have taken up our classes and committed to a membership has far exceeded our expectations! It is a very exciting time!

We are so happy to have built a studio that is thriving! And we are also so pleased that you are all loving the classes. But we do need to bring in a few rules to ensure that this place continues to thrive and give as many people as possible to opportunity to book and attend regular classes through out the week.

We will always endeavour to allow as much flexibility as possible in booking and cancellation policies. The last thing we wish to do is place barriers in the way of getting your precious moments of me time! And as always, extenuating circumstances will always be taken into consideration.

We do hope, that by tightening our policies slightly, we can create an even better experience for all of our members, class pass holders and our little ones when they are in the Belle Movement Studio!

If any of these new policies impact on your decision to maintain a membership at Belle Movement, please do let us know. We are very willing to work with clients to come up with a plan that works for their set of circumstances. 

Booking Policy

  • Classes must be booked in advance. Arriving at the studio and hoping to gain a spot is very unlikely. To avoid disappointment, please try to book your classes in a couple of days in advance.
  • Bookings will close 10 minutes prior to the class commences.
  • Early morning classes (prior to 7:30am) booking will close at 10:00pm the night prior. If this class has no clients booked at this time, the class will not go ahead.

Wait list Policy

  • Clients are welcome to book a waitlist position on a class when the class has been filled.
  • If there is a cancellation, clients on the waitlist will be moved into the class.
  • An automatic email will be sent from MindBody to the client to notify them if they have been added to the class. 
  • It is the responsibility of the client to check the MindBody App to see if they have been added to the class.
  • In the event a client has been added to a class of which they no longer require, they are responsible for cancelling that booking.

Reoccurring Bookings

  • Members are welcome to request reoccurring bookings (or blocks) on preferred classes.
  • This can be facilitated by Belle Movement by request and where there is availability. (E.G. On going you would like Tues/Thurs at 6:30pm)
  • Clients on class passes are welcome to book reoccurring bookings.

Consecutive Class Bookings

  • There is not setting in the system to disallow clients from booking into two consecutive reformer based classes (Precision/ Fusion classes), however, we ask that clients book only 1 reformer class per session (i.e. morning or evening). This is as a courtesy to other members.
  • If at the conclusion of your class there is a cancellation, a non arrival or a place available in the class directly following your first class, we will be happy to accommodate a “last minute” booking.
  • In the event that you have booked a double class, the earlier booking will be kept and the later booking will be removed from the system. 

Cancellation Policy.

  • In the event that you need to cancel a class you can do so up to 2 hours prior to the class commencing.
  • Late cancellations will be charged a “Late Cancellation Fee” of $5 for members.*
  • Late cancellations will be deducted from your nominated payment method on Monday of the following week.
  • In the event of a “No Show” i.e. You have booked a class, and you have not cancelled with in the cancellation period and have not cancelled with in the late cancellation period, you will be charge a “No Show Fee” of $10.
  • No Shows will be deducted from your nominated payment method on Monday of the following week. **
  • A “No Show” will be assumed if a client has not arrived, and has not notified Belle Movement that they will not be attending after 10 minutes of the class commencing.

*in the event that a client has been added to a class off a wait list, with in the late cancellation window (the 2 hours prior to the class)  and  they in turn “late cancel” they will not be charged a late cancel fee.

**in the event that a client has been added to a class off a wait list, outside of the late cancellation window  (more than 2 hours prior to the class) and the client does not cancel (late or early) and does not show they will be charged a “No Show” fee.

Creche Booking and Cancellations

  • Creche aka, “The Play Date” will run on all classes between 8:30am and 12:30pm Monday – Friday.
  • As a matter of safety we need to know, how many children will be in the creche at any one time. Bookings and cancellation are absolutely essential in this regard. We try to keep our ratios low, and as such need to know how many children will be in the creche at any one time.
  • If you arrive to your “Play Date” with out having booked a place, a $5 late booking fee will be charged.
  • If you are booking for two or more children, the app will not allow you to do so, however, the desktop site will. You can book yourself twice via the desk top, or notify Belle Movement, and we can book from our end for you.
  • Cancellations from the creche must be made with in the 2 hour cancellation period.
  • Late cancellations will not be charged a fee, however, after 3 repeat late cancellations a late cancellation fee will be charged.    
  • In the event of a “No Show” i.e. You have place in the Play Date, and you have not cancelled with in the cancellation period and have not cancelled with in the late cancellation period, you will be charge a “No Show Fee” of $5.
  • No Shows will be deducted from your nominated payment method on Monday of the following week.
  • Families are very welcome to pack food for their little ones whilst they are in their play date. We do ask that when packing food, you are mindful of allergens.
  • Our on site nannies will help your little ones go to sleep, eat, change them etc. However, in the circumstance where a child can not be settled, or does need to use the external bathroom, the accompanying parent or guardian may be asked to attend to their child.

Membership T’s & C’s

“1 Month Intro Membership”

$140 will be charged on a 1 off payment by the client. 

Membership can be terminated at the request of the client with 2 weeks notice.

Membership will gave access to all classes and creche services for 30 days. 

Membership will not cover 1:1 or private classes.

Members need to book/ cancel classes via the Mindbody App as per the relevant Bookings/ Cancellation/ Wait List Policies (listed here https://bellemovement.com/ts-cs-and-policies/ )

Mobile babies can not be in the studio during classes. This is an OH&S requirement. In the instance where a baby “needs” to come into the studio (to be fed or settled) we ask that the baby is held by mum or sat in a bouncer or capsule at all times.

The advertised timetable may change from time to time. Belle Movement will make every effort to notify clients prior to any changes.

Any classes that are changed or cancelled, will not be deducted from clients accounts.

At the conclusion of the 30 days your Intro Membership will cease.

“Belle Unlimited Membership”

$35 Unlimited Membership

$35 each week will be automatically debited from clients supplied credit card/ nominated bank account.

Membership is for 6 months.

At the conclusion of 6 months, unless notified by the client to cancel, the membership will carry on as per the current membership agreement. 

Membership can be terminated at the request of the client with 2 weeks notice.

Membership can be placed on hold for up to 3 weeks, with 2 weeks notice at the request of the client.

Membership will be terminated after 3 missed payments.

Membership will gave access to all classes and creche services.

Membership will not cover 1:1 or private classes.

$40 Unlimited Membership

$40 each week will be automatically debited from clients supplied credit card/ nominated bank account.

Membership is for 6 months.

At the conclusion of 6 months, unless notified by the client that they wish to terminate, the membership will carry on, as per this agreement for another 6 month period.

Membership can be terminated at the request of the client with 2 weeks notice.
